We started out with the aim to support a key customer of ours, but soon discovered that there was an Aged Care industry looking for change. The Alive team have helped us to frame this opportunity, and create a solution that we recognise can be applied to a variety of other user cases across industries such as health care, retail and hospitality, to name a few.

I really enjoyed the fast moving sessions, and your ability to keep everyone on track and draw out the really pertinent information. Most importantly, your skills to synthesise a lot of information into simple flows that the team can easily resonate is what made the real difference.

That’s compounded by a greatly enhanced presentation tool that makes us look even more professional, allows our sales teams to directly manage their sales pipeline, and most importantly, how they serve our customers, and potential customers. The Alive team made things easy for us. They explained the approach simply, and were very hands on with defining the product features, and the user experience. There were many working parts and vendors involved in this engagement, like Aristrocrat, Apple iPad pro’s and manufacturers of display stands. Alive managed these vendors for us, and took full responsibility for bringing the Kiosk service to life, and ensuring that the service continues to meet and exceed member expectations.
